I do not think I could ever eat it. I like nature and all, but that is a little to close for me.

Escargot was one of the first French foods I ever had. Loved it! Still do, but it never occurred to me that snails could have feelings until I saw that video.

See, that is what bothers me. I think about that sort of stuff.

I never used to, but I am now, more and more. Been trying to eat more plant-based food. Except I need my eggs & cheese!

I love escargot and while the snail in the shower was cute, seeing that won’t stop me from eating escargot just as seeing calf won’t cause me to stop eating veal. I know. I’m a cold, heartless person.

Meat eaters aren’t cold & heartless. (I may change my mind if I ever finally make the switch to vegetarian.) Myself, I’m having increasing difficulty eating meat.

I’ve cut back a little on beef consumption, but no way I would stop eating meat cold turkey, so to speak.

That’s sort of where I am, too, but have never been a big beef eater.

Oh my goodness!!! I’ve never seen anything quite like that before. “Luxuriating” is exactly the right word. 😉
